    i have the problem with FSH level and i got to know that simple changes in the lifestyle can substantialy improve it. but idon’t know what can i do to my lifestyle to make things better! can you help me with this?

    When my doctor said me to held the healthy lifestyle, I have found some good tips for myself in the Internet: Assess your activity. How much physical activity do you get in a typical week? How intense is that activity? How much variety do you get in your activity, and how much do you enjoy it? The CDC recommends that adults get at least two and a half hours per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or one hour and 15 minutes per week of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity, plus muscle-strengthening activities at least two days per week. Check your mood and energy. It is very important to live with a positive thinking and it also helps you in your daily life not only for the health purposes. It helps me to feel better, I hope this will help you too. B-)
